Like all medical procedures, there is a range in cost depending on many factors. Often with advanced aging changes, the upper lids may be covered by insurance. If not, you are looking at $2200-4400 for the upper lids. The lower lids are an additional $2200-4400. The upper lids can even be treated with radiofrequency or a laser with no incisions. This is less effective and generally less expensive. The CO2 laser can smoothen the skin and Botox can keep it smooth. Botox ranges from $595 to $995 per treatment depending on who performs the treatment and if the manufacture’s guidelines for use and dilution are used. We use one fresh bottle per patient as mandated by regulations. Our injections are done only by a physician with 20 years of experience with Botox (R).
